I just completed my interviews at CS. Some general pointers:
- Mix of Fit and technical questions (Vault guide to finance interviews is pretty useful)
- Depending on who is interviewing you, you might get some random match questions (What is the square of 13 etc.? and Brain Teasers
- Demonstrate commitment, drive and ambition (standard for all finance interviews)
- Overall I thought that interviews were pretty easy going and didn't try to put you under the gun. I was pretty impressed with the whole interview process
Good luck. Hope this helps |

I had the interview at the London office, which might be a little bit different.
Some points:
- interviewees received a case in which they were required to complete an essay
- Couple rounds of interviews with people from different levels. The analysts tested my finance skills (study your corporate finance book besides Vault Guide, the latter one is NOT holy!), VP & MD asked more 'fit'questions.
- Be sure to talk about relevant topics for the division you are applying for.
