Salary will vary with the type of position and what you bring to the table. I can assure you - all positions at CHL - Capital Markets or elsewhere - do not start at 40K. Turnover is high, however, that is industry wide - not just Countrywide. The turnover problem exists mainly in the call center/customer service arena. We have a high retention and tenure rate among professional level employees. Quality of life is what you make it - However, of the several F500 companies for which I have worked, CHL is the one place where I have found the most balance. Best of luck! |
