I have an upcoming second round interview in the capital markets group and have some questions.
1. Wondering what the starting pay is like. Any type of bonuses, ie signing, end of year. (I am a top tier business school senior graduating in May with top grades and some bulge bracket experience)
2. High employee turnover fact or fiction.
3. Employee quality of life.
Thanks, I really appreciate any help.

Salary will vary with the type of position and what you bring to the table. I can assure you - all positions at CHL - Capital Markets or elsewhere - do not start at 40K. Turnover is high, however, that is industry wide - not just Countrywide. The turnover problem exists mainly in the call center/customer service arena. We have a high retention and tenure rate among professional level employees. Quality of life is what you make it - However, of the several F500 companies for which I have worked, CHL is the one place where I have found the most balance. Best of luck!
