I have an upcoming second round interview in the capital markets group and have some questions.
1. Wondering what the starting pay is like. Any type of bonuses, ie signing, end of year. (I am a top tier business school senior graduating in May with top grades and some bulge bracket experience)
2. High employee turnover fact or fiction.
3. Employee quality of life.
Thanks, I really appreciate any help.

starting pay is around 40k per year at countrywide. i also work in capital markets, in trading ops. the high turnover is true, our company is kind of high stress and demanding, but it can pay off w/ experience. quality of life is so-so. honestly if you got another offer working in capital markets at another firm i would take it, but if you want to be in this industry and this is the best you are offered go for it. theres a ton of stuff you can learn here about the markets. where do you have experience? what did you do there?
