CEB is great for the short term, but people going in looking for stability or a career end up being horribly misled.
There is extraordinarily high turnover and it is sad to see how eager and excited new hires are and then watch the burn out process completely change their attitudes 6-9 months into the job.
Most people end up spending half of their time looking for other jobs or shopping online until they leave.
It is a great business model, but the aggressiveness and lack of communication between departments makes many people very angry when they leave. |
