HI - I've been offered a consultant position. The money is good. But does anyone have any comments about the Employer Protection Agreement CEB makes you sign? It seems as though you cannot work for 2 yrs in ANY related field (for a member company or competitor or any other organization) if fired or you resign. Do they enforce this? Is this new? |

Did you take the job? I am interviewing for a consultant position and would like to hear about your interview experience (any suggestions?) and, if you took the position and have started, what you think about CEB at this point?
