Most of the negative postings appear to be from staff who were encouraged to leave the Firm or who have not worked at the Firm in years. If you'll notice, you never see a negative post from someone who is still working at the Firm. The Firm is routinely honored as one of the very best places to work.

I'm a current employee looking for a new position outside 'the firm' (primarly for geographic relocation, but i won't be sad to leave...) and i find myself constantly having to defend the company and my experience to recruiters... even to other consulting companies and our own member companies.... sure, you learn some basic business skills but nothing you can't find at a company with a better/more transferrable brand. id say hold out for something better...
