In Reply To: yes, they're very cheap. I worked at CEB for 3 years in research and whenever I traveled it was always cheapest available and cheapest hotel rooms possible, even in London, where cheap means horrible accommodations. Luckily, i did find a good hotel there that met the price requirements, but barely. Vacation time is a real problem. most people I know didnt take nearly the amount given. I decided to screw it - i took every last second - ha! and now i'm gone, get paid more money, and have my dream job in my dream industry. CEB was a good experience overall, but when it was time to go it was time to go.
Message: Jason: Your input confirms everything I have said. a. Even in one of the most expensive cities in the world you were able to find a great hotel within the Firm's limits. b. You were able to use every single vacation day with no problems. c. CEB was your springboard to a great outside job. CEB for Life
