...they just what? what happens after you get fed up with working at CEB; be that 2, 5 or even 10 years down the road? where are CEB alumni working now? |

I don't think CEB has a real alumni network.
That said, there are some quite talented individuals who come through CEB and for avrious reasons just don't fit into the culture. I am sure they are doing very interesting things at other places right now.
As for brand cache, unfortunately, CEB has very little. It probably will not open any major doors for you by virtue of mentioning it on your resume.
However, some of the experiences that you gain can be very easily monetised in other environments. The types of companies I had as my clients really impressed my interviewers after I left CEB ... Pretty much a Fortune 500 type list of companies.
CEB is a good company. It is just very unique.
