The CEB sales model is fairly consistent across the US and Europe. The CEB sales model requires constant saturation of target accounts so reps rotate territories every six months. Newer reps get less attractive territories and lower graded opportunities within those territories. It's a hard job and not nearly as glamorous or interesting as it may have been portrayed to you. If you like developing and maintaining relationships with clients, then the role is not for you. Hope this helps. |

Unfortunately, training is not CEB's forte. You will be given a territory and targets and if you meet them, everything will be fine. If you do not, however, life can be downright awful. Unfortunately when you begin, you will most likely be given the least attractive territories and leads, making your job that more difficult. A lot of your pay is based on commissions. Some people thrive in that type of environment ... you just have to decide if this is the right position for you.
