HI - I've been offered a consultant position. The money is good. But does anyone have any comments about the Employer Protection Agreement CEB makes you sign? It seems as though you cannot work for 2 yrs in ANY related field (for a member company or competitor or any other organization) if fired or you resign. Do they enforce this? Is this new?
