Due to the exposure we get to industry best practices, CEB natually does offer incredible post-Firm opportunities for its staff. However, few staff leave for other companies. The uniqueness of our business model, the access to member executives, the access to best practices, the way the Firm treats its employees, and the quality of our co-workers make CEB a place that most staff would not leave under almost any circumstance.

I'm out now but most leave for Law or later B-School, a few who worked for me left for consulting or into industry.
I'll bet most of the real folks who post on this board have been at CEB for years (started circa 1998-2000) and like me had a good run while watching a great company disintegrate into just another place to work over time because of the changes after it went public.
I'll bet CEB for Life was not around to enjoy weekly happy hours, people falling over themselves at the 99 holiday party which offered liquer, real, not pushy service efforts and free wheeling, non metric based client serivce. That was fun.
Now, I'd say still good chances for success (undergrad for sure), just much more corporate. Good luck
