...they just what? what happens after you get fed up with working at CEB; be that 2, 5 or even 10 years down the road? where are CEB alumni working now? |

Due to the exposure we get to industry best practices, CEB natually does offer incredible post-Firm opportunities for its staff. However, few staff leave for other companies. The uniqueness of our business model, the access to member executives, the access to best practices, the way the Firm treats its employees, and the quality of our co-workers make CEB a place that most staff would not leave under almost any circumstance.
