Does anyone have current info on the salary & bonus for strategic research consultants? Also, does CEB provide signing bonuses and/or moving expenses?

For a first year strategic research consultant (an analyst), you get $52,000 plus up to a 10% bonus, depending on your group's annaul performance and your performance, you usually get only about 5%. It is very hard to get a exceptional performance review and receive the %10 bonus. Most consultants are hired after business school and work experience, I think they get around between $80,000-$100,000.
