I have been talking to CSC since Oct 05 about 2 seperate jobs that I'm interested in for when I graduate in May. I was told a couple months ago that both jobs were stuck because of a hiring freeze.
One manager has told me as soon as the freeze is up my offer is on the way. I'm just wondering is this freeze likely or is this just something CSC does alot. I really need to know if I should be counting on this offer.

I would say the odds are still in your favor. The same thing happened to me. Interviewed in March, offered the job, then it was frozen. Was eventually brought on full time in July. At this point, they are probably trying to wait and hire when the new budgets go into effect which is the end of the fiscal year. The freeze will probably be released April-May
