It is CSC that is looking for buyers, not the other way around... |

I remember in the late 90s CA tried to purchase CSC, and CSC put up a hell of a fight.
With both the Lockheed and HP buyouts, Van Honeycutt has basically thrown the towel in and conceeded that he can't add shareholder value to CSC, so why not let someone else try.
