I offer discount movie tix, discount theater tix to Broadway and off Broadway shows, discount tix to Six Flags and Mountain Creek (both in NJ), Entertainment Books, and other discounts as they become available. Since my employees generally live from check to check, it makes them feel good and gives them something to look forward to! All are posted in the HR Department, and publicized on checks and newsletters. |
