Hi HR folks. In a new article, Jill Witty discusses some ideas for inexpensive perks that you can offer your employees.
Does anyone have their own, creative ideas for perks? What else can employers do to aid retention?

One of the great things that my company did was to open a small 'convenience' area that included things you would find in a convenience store, such as pantyhose, nail polish, fingernail files, etc. This has truly been a big satisfier for us women who get runs in our pantyhoses and whose nail polish peels or chips.
