Hi HR folks. In a new article, Jill Witty discusses some ideas for inexpensive perks that you can offer your employees.
Does anyone have their own, creative ideas for perks? What else can employers do to aid retention?

Our company offers up to 1/2 off on car washes and movie tickets to the employees. We also have the dry cleaning mentioned, and an in-house work-out center for all employees and dependents. We also just started including local restaurant coupons ($3 off lunch or $4 off any dinner) into paychecks each month. It's easy to do, and the merchants love the advertizing!!
