Think twice before joining EDS |

EDS treats employees like a commodity. The EDS managers lay people off with hardly any notice or severance. The current management team takes the best years' of people's lives, sucks their ideas and enthusiasm, and has no qualms about laying them off in their forties, often before their pension vests (five years). Wall Street Journal had an article on it two months ago. My advice to any bright, young person thinking of having a career with EDS - LOOK ELSEWHERE. Do not join EDS.
