I have heard of numerous reports of grade inflation at Stanford. Do they inflate grades at Ivy leage schools also? I go to Cal and can say they are very stingy with A's here. |

Hey, I went to Berkeley undergrad and can relate to the difficult grading policies there. I'm doing graduate work at Stanford and can attest to the fact that grade inflation here is alive and rampant. It's a tough break, because college grads compete against one another for jobs and spots at top grad schools.
Unfortunately, a B at Cal is an A at Stanford. There are virtually no C's given out here either. Keep working hard. It'll pay off because frankly you're getting the better education.
