It sad to say that in this day and age, there are still some people who confuse the no. 1 liberal arts college in the country - Swarthmore - with a school that is obviously not in the same league - Skidmore College. And to think I even had a woman who was a junior at Wellesley ask me "is Swarthmore still a girl's school?" People, don't display your lack of exposure by not know the right schools! |

And perhaps you should be careful not to display your lack of basic English skills. In the very sentence in which you criticize others, you make a huge grammatical error. In order to be correct, your sentence would have had to read as follows:
People, don't display your lack of exposure by not KNOWING the right schools!
(Not to mention the fact that the sentiment expressed is nauseatingly snobbish. Anytime anyone refers to the right anything, I cringe.)
You've also misused hyphens, by the way. The hyphens in your message should have been dashes.
