I'm trying to decide whether i should go straight to grad school to get my MBA after undergrad, or if it is really important that i work for a while. What do you think? |

It is very important that you work for 1-2 years or more after your undergrad degree. Employers, post MBA, look for it, and most MBA schools themselves also require this work experience for admissions. Post over in the MBA board and you'll see what others say.
