A few modifications:
What about Princeton? I think it beats most Ivies except for Yale.
UVA is nice as long as you don't step off the lawn (move it to 2nd or 3rd tier).
I really like William and Mary's old campus around the Wren Building (not sure if it makes the cut though).

I have never been there but from what I've heard, it would be in the top tier. I have never visited W&M as well.
