I think that is completely untrue. I am currently in an unpaid internship and I couldnt be happier. I am learning a lot and I haven't yet photocopied anything, faxed anything, or made meaningless phonecalls. You are either misinformed or have had a bad un-paid internship experience. I can't speak for everyone who has a unpaid internship, but in my case and in many other cases I heard, I am learning very valuable skills and an not treated like a 'monkey'.
Oh yeah...one more thing...I have learned that the people above me are perfectly capable of getting their own coffee. |

I was wondering if someone could inform me as to which firms are willing to hire unpaid interns? I would do anything to enter the industry!(GPA 3.7 / Solid internship experience!)
