Sure go ahead, go back.
I did it at 42, had great wife and 1 child at time. Wife said go we will make it. Went to school 100 miles from home away 3-4 days at tiem and got my MA. It wasn't a piece of cake but I don't regret it. Make sure you do what I didn't do and that is to focus on employability when you finish.
I went for an MA and now I'm priced out of teaching at HS and Elementary. Colleges want Phd's. I have a good job in Gov't and don't regret the time back at school had a great time and met some really good profs.
