In Reply To: Speaking for the undergraduate level... Listen, those of you ragging on Michigan are stupid. I graduated w/an economics degree from Harvard. I'm currently in my 2nd year as an analyst for DLJ and can tell you that Michigan grads are as sharp as the next guy. In fact, they impress me more than my own classmates. They knew a whole lot more about investment banking that I or any other of my classmates did when we started working here. You all sound so stupid. I went to Harvard and I was on my job asking Michigan grads for help, just like all the other Harvard, Princeton, etc guys do. (Well, we also talked to Wharton kids...) Don't slam Michigan when you don't even know what you're talking about. If you've never gone to school there, what do you know about the caliber of the students there?

The difference is between # of people, or better the hiring rate. I bet Harvard and NU has far better % than Michigan. "Harvard and I was on my job asking Michigan grads for help." Doing the opposite would be east coast arrogance. -'Harvard' guy (yeh right)
