Depends on what industry you're talking about. For ib, those number suck.
First year analysts should expect 55K plus 5K signing plus 45K bonus.
You're figures sound more like consulting salaries... |

more like 55K + 5K signing + 25K year-end MAX
Maybe one or 2 top B.A.'s at each bank may have come close to 45, but i doubt it.
