Does anyone remember the very hushed addition of a new board member late last year who worked at HSBC and specialized in acquisitions?

Don't know for sure but there was a very loud rumour of chuck turning down 15 from HSBC. Hey,let's have a nice bidding war between UBS and HSBC. Chuck won't get to keep his name on the door but we'll get a lot more money.
This kind of reminds me of 98-99 when sch lag behind et for about a year or then caught up pps wise due to p/e and other considerations. Once those chaps gets comfortable with the quality of the accounts yada, yada
Memory Lane--
Remember when the stock was over 100 pre-split and the "the thing" sent out an e-mail along the lines that those who left to cash out there esop stock and get favorable tax treatment were being disloyal. Meanwhile,as I recall, simutaneously some higher ups continued their selling. Sounds a little like a guy on trial now who is named after a potato chip.
