I'm just curious have you gone other financial company??s boards on this site? What's the first thing you notice? Hopefully you observed a much lower posting level. Has it occurred to you after viewing some of the many other postings on the SCHW board versus others companies in the Finance arena, how dysfunctional this company is?
1. If your truly after $'s and your willing to take the risk that comes with that Schwab is not the answer 2. Currently at Schwab you would take the same risk of not having a job next year for less $ then other industry choices. 3. Yes, you can get some experience here and make a reasonable living until the comp plan changes or etc. etc., and when and if you decide to move on, your skills learned here may not be looked on by other industry players as all that great.
