If there's a problem, don't look at the VP just reorg.
Why are there Tech VPs with deplorable track records still around? Are they just really good at sucking up or what?
There are a lot of good people thinking about leaving and more reorgs will probably be the final push they need.
Let's see who's still around in six months.
