If you want any shot at that kind of income don't look at schwab. If you can't get a job at a big brokerage go independent and get a high payout or go the RIA route. Expect long and grinding hours.
These guys change comp plans like they change their underwear but that can happen anywhere. This business is becoming so commoditized it is hard for someone just starting to make that kind of money but good luck.
