i find this offensive schwab denver office. I am in a schw branch, 6 years now, i am the one with the least seniority, but i don't feel like the one with the least experience. It is my job to know the answer to anything that can be presented to me at the front desk and no, i'm not a 20 year old who knows nothing. i know more than just about any inbound call rep and no i have not gotten ahead by giving....you sound like a moron. sounds like you have a beef with your CSS. |
