I know a few people that went to HR and are no longer at Schwab. Take BBW's advice and keep your trap shut. HR is not your friend nor advocate. Career suicide if you talk to them. |

I'm an example of why you shouldn't go to HR. I had proof that my former VP lied on my review and I took it to HR. The next time layoffs came around, I was out the door.
I agree... Try to stick it out without going to HR. If it becomes too horrible to live with, I'd look for another job. Or... You can go to HR and get laid off and get a nice severance package. In the end, it worked out for me, but it was pretty painful for a while.
