As one of the members of the suit it is not bogus, just taking forever with Schwab's stalling strategy. We are currently in the courts waiting for another decision on delaying motions from Schwab. There are a whole lot of people involved from all over the country, and the case is strong as you have noticed over 40 & women have been eliminated in mass.

Then instead of providing an e-mail address (no guarantee of confidentiality) provide the name of the lead law firm on the case. Folks contacting that law firm would be protected by attorney-client privilege, and could take action against that law firm if their confidences were violated. This "schwablawsuit@bulls@#t.com" looks like a thinly veiled phishing expedition.
