... it will be interesting to see how many people we lose. For anyone who has been sitting on the fence, the layoffs couldn't have come at a worse time.
Let's see, half of the people around me are gone and I'm expected to pick up the work... or I can walk across the street, make a comparable (or better) salary, have a balanced life and less stress, ... hey, the grass may truly be greener ... hmmm tough choice. And, there are a bunch of ex-Schwabbies there already.
I kept believing things would/ could get better. Maybe I should stop being masochistic and check out my options.
Thanks for listening to my personal ramblings. I think I just made a big decision for myself as sat here typing! After almost a decade of success at SCH, I am truly ready to leave. I can guarantee that a number of people will be shocked. Most of all I will me the great people. Enough is enough. |
