Is it just me or has anyone noticed that schwab retial has quietly become a bastion for young white males? Just a few years ago schwab was a place that welcomed and utilized people that were older that 40 and even 50 years of age. In addition, it was ok to be a woman and/or be a different ethnicity. I get complaints all the time by clients about no women in my office. I wish I could say, "this ofice is unusual" but that would be a lie. |

All my Asian & all female friends were eliminated during 2004-2005. I too thought it unusual but no one seems to care. The people that left got better jobs and had to sign releases for severence so didn't want to jepordize there payout. I remember last year postings about class actions suits but suspect that was bogus. Lots of Visions & Values are long gone under the guise of performance. I suspect descrimination, but who am I just a lowly worker bee
