Why must it take 30 min to solve a simple "how to" problem in excel. What are the IT people thinking. I make way to much money to be sitting on the phone talking to a tech. |

What is scary is that the individual who makes way too much money in a financial services firm is calling a Help Desk about a simple "how to" Excel problem. That's like a physician calling his medical school to review how to take a blood pressure and pulse.
Geeez....
