It had been five weeks after my KC visit and I hadn't heard a word. Sent an email to my recruiter and waited another week or so without hearing anything.
I then emailed my previous recruiter (the one who was my recruiter when the process first began - had a recruiter change midway) which then prompted a response from my current recruiter saying that all slots had been filled until October, but they heard great things from my interviewers and would keep my resume on file, etc. etc. etc.
I have no idea what happened and was somewhat shocked. I was excited to get an offer but never received one.
