I am interviewing for the SDC role and I am scheduled to go to KC next week. I would expect to receive an offer from them, but I also expect it to be much lower than my other offer at another consulting firm. I will be completing my Master's degree after this year and I don't believe Cerner compensates for this (they would start me as a level 7 anyway). From what it seems, I would be offered in low to mid 40's, and my other offer is in the mid 60's.
Should I even bother to go to Kansas City? I am interested in seeing what they're all about, but what's the point if I know I wouldn't accept anyway. |
