By the same token, if someone had only used marijuana less than a half-dozen times, never sold it, and never even bought it, then I'm guessing they'd still need to wait the minimum 12 months (though it probably wouldn't be much of an issue after that). Can anyone confirm? |

The 12 month rule is very strict. I was a victim of this, in fact. As far as number of times, who knows. I never had daily use, but I used occasionally for eight years and they were fine with that because I was almost three years drug-free by time of poly.
