Thier major concern is hard drugs within a year. Having said that, if you were a hard smack addict up until 12 months ago, they would probably say more time is needed or just disqualify based on character, but pot 3 yrs ago when it wasn't even a habit should be fine. |

By the same token, if someone had only used marijuana less than a half-dozen times, never sold it, and never even bought it, then I'm guessing they'd still need to wait the minimum 12 months (though it probably wouldn't be much of an issue after that). Can anyone confirm?
