So....do you guys think us gals would have any advantage in getting hired for a DO position then?....or does sex not realy play a role in the agencies hiring decisions? |

I think the NCS needs a well-rounded group of officers, and a collective agility that allows them to penetrate any group, gain access to any assets, and collect information about any situation in the world. To be responsive, the Agency needs to be diverse in terms of gender, race, background, and skillsets. To that end, I think any group that's currently under-represented has a relative advantage in getting hired.
