I was also told that apart from the BI, or maybe it's in conjunction with the BI come to think about it, the agency contacts our CURRENT employer, which can make it a bit treaky when at that point, you do not know whether you will get through adjudication and subsequently get an EOD sorted out. The recruiter said to make sure one's current employer knows what you are doing ahead of time, but it sends a message that 'hey, I don't wnat to work for you anymore/ultimately'. Hmmm... |

they have to confirm all of your employment and contacting your current employer is part of that. Hopefully they'll let you know before they do it. But yes, it seems like it could be a tricky situation regardless of how you slice it.
