A naturalized citizen is not a foreign national.
A foreign national is someone who does not have a US citizenship, regardless of how they got it, i.e. birth, naturalization, etc.
Having said that, I wouldn't worry. The info on the forms is to be as complete as you can possibly get it. If you can't obtain some info, than you can't.
Still, to be sure, just call your PO or recruiting officer and ask what to do. |

the person does not have to be included on the foreign contact section, but they do need to be included on "adults living with you". the investigator will obviously be speaking with those who live with you, so you need to include everyone, even if it is just a name.
