on the foreign national contact form, you're asked to provide city of birth, date of birth, and things like that - but the form also instructs not to inquire or try to get information that would raise suspicion of the foreign national. If you aren't certain, it probably isn't worth ascertaining the specific information... just include what you know/suspect. |

A naturalized citizen is not a foreign national.
A foreign national is someone who does not have a US citizenship, regardless of how they got it, i.e. birth, naturalization, etc.
Having said that, I wouldn't worry. The info on the forms is to be as complete as you can possibly get it. If you can't obtain some info, than you can't.
Still, to be sure, just call your PO or recruiting officer and ask what to do.
