After my second poly, I really feel that the poly was breeze... a non-issue
However, I read in post here tonight that someone was pulled in for a 3rd poly while in adjudication...If that is the case, I do not mind staying another day to knock it out. I dont want to go further into the process and be pulled back into poly...however, I am more than determined to get hired by the Agency and I am willing to 'roll with the punches' -

I had a long first poly, and a very short second poly. After the first one, I was asked whether I'd be willing to come back for a third if I were asked to do so. I responded that I would be willing.
The second poly was quick and easy.
I've heard that a fair number of people are being asked to return for 3rd polygraphs, but I'm not sure whether that usually happens before the file is sent to adjudication or soon after so that the file is removed from adjudicaiton.
My application was pulled about a month after it went into adjudication because they wanted a 3rd poly.
I called in Feb just to check on the status and was told by my PO that they wanted a 3rd poly, but that they were backed up and didn't know when one could be scheduled. I asked whether this was a matter of weeks or a month, and my PO responded that it should be weeks, but that I should call if I hadn't heard anything in a month.
I called again in March, and my PO said that they are changing how 3rd polygraphs are being handled and processed; they're being handled by another party now, so it's out of my PO's hands. When I asked whether the delay would be weeks or months, my PO said, "weeks, at least".
I hope that you're able to get resolution more quickly than that. I HIGHLY recommend that you make sure that you have something else to do during the process. I didn't and, though it's my dream job, sometimes I do feel like stepping away from the process and reapplying in a few years.
