So I just entered the process about a month ago, and seems like everyone else is light years ahead of me...
I'm still waiting to get the infamous "packet" or god-forbid the thin "thank you for you troubles letter". I just feel like I'm ready to hit the ground running....well as soon as I were to get the go-ahead. I have nothing but respect for the rest of you guys who already have made it so far through the process and your coping skills! Kudos for everyone :) |

This has been my dream job since at least high school, which was quite a few years ago. Like many on this board I too will be taking a very big pay cut for this opportunity, but I also agree that passion in what you do is important. I feel bad because I managed to clear in about three months. Then I delayed my EOD because of an opportunity with my current employer.
I regret that decision to some extent. I extended once too often and paid for it with my offer. I have been given a second chance, but have to go through another med/poly. Now I'm worried about making it through the second time. But if that were to happen I could only blame myself.
