You know, this process is taking WAY too long. I guess to some extent your ability to keep your sanity while sitting through the wait is part of your suitability.

Well, for me, I focus on the fact that my job now pays more than this one will, how nice that is. However, long term satisfaction does not come from money. It's pretty nice thing in the short-run, though!
