Middlebury doesn??t offer Korean or Farsi- the critical languages it offers are Chinese and Arabic. If you want to study Farsi, Georgetown is probably the place to go. If you want to learn Korean, look at University of Chicago's summer program. The websites are all pretty explanatory. As far as I know, Middlebury is the only summer program with a language pledge (you don't speak English, period- and you learn a lot more because of that).
As for prices, I'm not sure whether Georgetown includes room and board, but it's about 5k. Middlebury Arabic is about 7.5k with room and board.

Just a note: the language programs are just one means to an end. Shelling out a couple of k for Georgetown doesn't make you free to neglect studies of foreign affairs or opportunities to go abroad.
There are subjects were school is more of a motivator or enforcement mechanism than a necessary arbiter. imho art, creative writing, languages, etc can be learned sans tuition payments.
